    • Guests must present a valid hotel reservation at Caticlan Jetty Port before purchasing boat tickets to Boracay. The hotel must be DOT-accredited.

    • Public sanitation rules are strictly enforced — spitting, urinating, defecating, and vomiting in public areas are prohibited.

    • Open flames and kerosene gas are not allowed on the beach. Fire dancers may only perform using LED lights.

    • Animals are not allowed to roam freely on beaches or public areas.

    • Drinking, dining, and partying on the beach are prohibited.

    • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

    • Minimum of 10 full-paying adults must travel together.

    • ₱2,500 non-refundable deposit required upon booking.

    • Rates are per person, in Philippine Peso, and subject to change and availability.

    • Surcharges apply during peak, holiday, or block-out dates, and for foreign passport holders.

    • Full cancellation charge applies after booking finalization.

    • Company reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

    • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM (may vary by hotel).

    • Seat-in-coach transfers: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM only.
