    • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.

    • Visa required for Philippine passport holders traveling to Japan.

    • For foreign passport holders, please secure any applicable documents such as:

      • Valid Philippine passport (if dual citizen)

      • Valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I-Card)

      • Return ticket to the country of origin

      • Other required immigration documents

    • For minors (below 18 years old) traveling without parents: DSWD Clearance is required.

    • For government employees: Travel Authority must be secured prior to departure.

    • Reminders:
      Passengers are responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents. Any charges or issues arising from expired or invalid documents shall be at the passenger’s expense.

    • A non-refundable USD 500 deposit per person is required upon booking.

    • A minimum of 25 full-paying adults must travel together.

      • Surcharge applies if fewer than 25 participants.

      • For December departures, a minimum of 35 full-paying adults is required.

    • Rates and itineraries are subject to change depending on availability and local conditions.

    • Rates are valid for Philippine passport holders only.

      • Surcharges may apply for foreign passport holders.

    • Applicable charges will be imposed for any cancellation on guaranteed bookings.

    • Full cancellation charges apply once the booking is finalized.
