Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay.

Visa is required for Philippine passport holders traveling to Japan.

Foreign passport holders must present:

Valid Philippine passport (if dual citizen), or

Valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ICARD).

Must have a return ticket and any other required immigration documents.

Minors (below 18) not traveling with parents must secure a DSWD Clearance.

Government employees must obtain a Travel Authority.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents and for any penalties due to expired or invalid papers.
USD 500 deposit required upon booking (non-refundable).
