    • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay.

    • Visa is required for Philippine passport holders traveling to:
      Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, and Germany.

    • For foreign passport holders, please secure the following (if applicable):

      • Valid Philippine passport (if dual citizen)

      • Valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ICARD)

      • Return ticket to the country of origin

      • Other supporting immigration documents

    • For minors (below 18 years old) not traveling with parents – DSWD Clearance is required.

    • For government employees – Travel Authority must be secured.

    Important Reminders:
    Passengers are responsible for ensuring the validity of their own travel documents. Any expenses or damages resulting from invalid or expired documents shall be borne by the passenger.

    • A non-refundable USD 500 deposit is required upon booking.

    • Minimum of 30 full-paying adults must travel together. A surcharge will apply if the group falls below this number.

    • Rates are subject to change and availability without prior notice.

    • The itinerary may change due to local conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Rates apply to Philippine passport holders only. Additional charges may apply for foreign passport holders.

    • Cancellation Policy:

    • Rooming Policy: Triple, double, and non-smoking rooms are subject to availability.

    • Child Policy: “Child with bed” rate applies only to children aged 3–5 years old.
