Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended stay.

Visa is required for Philippine passport holders traveling to Japan.

For foreign passport holders, please secure the following if applicable:

Valid Philippine passport (if dual citizen)

Valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ICARD)

Return ticket to the country of origin

Other immigration documents required to support travel

Additional Requirements:

Minors (below 18 years old) not traveling with parents must secure a DSWD Clearance.

Government employees must secure a Travel Authority.

Reminders:

Passengers are responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents.

Any charges or penalties due to invalid or expired documents shall be borne by the passenger.
