    • Tourists must present a copy of their confirmed hotel reservation at the Caticlan Jetty Port before purchasing a boat ticket to Boracay.

    • Only Department of Tourism (DOT)-accredited accommodations are allowed to accept guests.

    • Spitting, urinating, defecating, and vomiting in public areas are strictly prohibited.

    • Open fire and kerosene use are not allowed on the beach. Fire performances are limited to LED lights only.

    • Animals are not permitted to roam freely in public areas or beaches.

    • Drinking, dining, or partying on the beach is not allowed.

    • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

    • Minimum of 10 full-paying adults required to travel together.

    • PHP 2,500 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

    • Surcharges may apply for foreign passport holders.

    • Full cancellation charges apply after booking finalization.

    • Rates are valid for Philippine passport holders only.

    • Prices are quoted per person and subject to change without prior notice and availability.

    • Additional charges apply during peak, holiday, or hotel block-out dates.

    • Standard hotel check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 NN (subject to hotel policy).

    • Children aged 2–7 years sharing a bed with an adult are considered children; ages 9 and above or with an extra bed are considered adults.

    • Seat-in-coach airport–hotel–airport transfers operate from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM only.
