    • Always present a valid hotel reservation at Caticlan Jetty Port before purchasing boat tickets.

    • Only DOT-accredited hotels are allowed to accommodate guests.

    • Spitting, urinating, defecating, and vomiting in public areas are strictly prohibited.

    • Open fires and kerosene lamps are not allowed on the beach; only LED performances are permitted for fire dancers.

    • Pets are not allowed to roam freely in public areas or beaches.

    • Drinking alcohol, dining, and partying are not permitted on the beach area.

    • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

    • Minimum of 10 full-paying adults must travel together.

    • ₱2,500 non-refundable deposit required upon booking.

    • Rates are valid for Philippine passport holders only.

    • Surcharge applies for foreign passport holders, holidays, and peak periods.

    • Rates are quoted per person and subject to change and availability without prior notice.

    • Full cancellation charge applies once booking is finalized.

    • Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM, check-out: 12:00 NN (subject to hotel policy).

    • Children ages 2–7 sharing a bed with an adult are considered as child rate; 9 years and above or with own bed are considered adults.

    • Seat-in-coach transfers operate between 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM only.

    • Triple, double, and non-smoking rooms are subject to availability.
