    Passport and Visa Requirements

    • All travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay.

    • A visa is required for Philippine passport holders traveling to the following countries:

      • South Africa

      • Zimbabwe

    • For foreign passport holders, please prepare and secure the following, if applicable:

      • A valid Philippine passport (for dual citizens)

      • A valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I-Card)

      • A return ticket to the country of origin

      • Other immigration documents required to support travel

    For Minors (Below 18 Years Old)

    • Minors not traveling with either parent must obtain a DSWD Travel Clearance prior to departure.

    For Government Employees

    • All government employees are required to secure an official Travel Authority before traveling abroad.

    Important Reminders

    • Travelers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of all travel documents before departure.

    • The agency shall not be held liable for any penalties, delays, or damages arising from the use of expired, invalid, or incomplete travel documents.

    • A non-refundable deposit of USD 500 per person is required upon booking.

    • A minimum of 25 full-paying adults must travel together for the rate to apply.

      • Surcharges may apply for foreign passport holders.

    • Cancellation Policy:
